  • Delivery Method: All software licenses are delivered electronically via email or account download.

  • Delivery Time: Licenses are typically delivered within 0 to 2 business days of successful order confirmation and payment.

  • No Physical Shipping: Since all products are digital, no physical shipping is required or applicable.

 

If you do not receive your license within 2 business days, please contact us at support@idreams.ai with your order details.

 

Return/Refund Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your software license purchase, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund/Return Request Window: You may request a refund within 48 hours of license delivery.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only processed if the license has not been activated or used.

  • How to Request a Refund: Contact our support team at support@idreams.ai with your order ID and reason for the refund request.

 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
